High points include visits to Baytowne Wharf (A vacation paradise for families in Sandestin- check it out if you are there), being footsteps from the beach and pool, morning and evening walks on the beach (which usually turned into swims for Adrienne the fish who can't stay out of the water), steak dinner on the grill that I didn't have to cook, and our brief outing to the outlet mall (the girls haven't really acquired a love for shopping yet and don't tolerate much). Low points would have to be Adrienne dumping sand on Claire's face, Claire's fall from her infant carrier at a restaurant during dinner, Claire's 12:00, 3:00 and 5:00 wake-up calls, and the RIDE HOME (who knew Adrienne could fight sleep for a good 6 hours!?). But we made it home safe and sound, glad to be back in our own beds, perhaps not as rested as anyone would hope after a week of "vacation", but thankful for the time together as a family to have these experiences and make these memories....
